ABOUT THE JOB:
Ready to join a fun, growing athleisure brand? GOAT USA is looking for an exceptional Production Manager who will be responsible for managing the production process of all GOAT USA apparel and accessories. You’ll work closely with the GOAT USA Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

Job Purpose
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence. This role combines creative leadership with strategic marketing expertise, overseeing the development of digital and traditional marketing materials that engages GOAT USA’s target audiences and drive business growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Vision and Strategy:
- Develop and lead the overall creative direction for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, messaging, and business objectives.
- Develop visual identity, brand guidelines and deliver creative concepts and campaigns programmed for various platforms, audiences and live events. Ensure uniformity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Create innovative, compelling, and visually engaging marketing assets for digital, print, social media, email campaigns, product launches, events, and more.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging marketing and branding trends, as well as digital and GenAI innovations, into creative and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ideate and produce marketing assets across all customer touchpoints and ensure creative initiatives align with business goals to enhance the overall customer experience.
Campaign Development:
- Lead the creative concepting and execution for marketing campaigns, from ideation through to final delivery.
- Oversee the production of creative materials for paid media, social media, and email marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are designed with a clear understanding of target audiences, market trends, and customer needs to drive engagement and conversions.
Project Management:
- Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting high standards for quality and innovation.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to specification.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of photoshoot logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, arranging talent, securing equipment, and overseeing the overall creative vision to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, creative direction, content creation, social media marketing, or a similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field.
- Fashion apparel experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in design software (i.e., Figma) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Full-Time, exempt.
- Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends.

SALARY RANGE:
The salary for this role is $175,000 a year. The salary offered will take into account a number of factors, including the applicant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus may be included as part of the compensation package offer.
